A few pine grosbeaks came by today. As usual this time of year there is very little light, and it only lasts a few hours. I ran out on the porch and shot some 50 frames. Day 4 was marked as a travel day, but there was still time for a short photo session. Ole Martin had offered to take us out on a short boat trip to shoot seagulls and white tailed sea eagles. Day 2 it was time to enter the eagle hiding. Two foxes were used to attract the eagles, since foxes (primarily cubs) are a common pray for Golden Eagles. Only one Eagle came and relatively early (around 09:30). Luckily the light was a little better this day, and I ended up with ISO 800 at f/2.8 to get 1/400 s shutter speed.
